Discovery Technology Center

Imation’s Oakdale, MN facility called the Discovery Technology Center, houses its Worldwide Headquarters offices and research and development laboratories.  The Discovery Technology Center laboratories utilize a variable air volume design to maintain safe laboratory conditions and minimize energy use.  A bar-coding system is used to track laboratory chemical inventory and environmental emissions.  Waste reduction is promoted through an active and comprehensive recycling program that includes paper, corrugated boxes, aluminum cans, glass, plastic and batteries and electronic waste.
